You will be part of the global Talent Acquisition team, which includes 13 colleagues from Ukraine, Poland, Bulgaria, North Macedonia, and Portugal.

The Ideal Candidate
- 1+ years of experience as a Talent Sourcer or in a similar role in the IT industry
- Experience with platforms (LinkedIn, Djinni, DOU, GitHub, Stack Overflow etc.)
- Creativity and proficiency in writing letters that will engage candidates
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques such as Boolean search
- Understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends
- Proactive, results-driven, and flexible
- Upper-Intermediate English level
- Accountability, strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills
- Strong desire to learn more about business every day
Optional:
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Experience working in a multicultural environment
The Role
As a Talent Sourcer you will:
- Collaborate closely with Lead Talent Sourcer to get guidance and direction
- Coordinate with a Dedicated Talent Acquisition Consultant to determine position requirements for each opening
- Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks
- Craft and send recruiting emails, nurture campaigns
- Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers, and get hired
- Promote our employer brand online and offline
- Maintain candidate databases
- Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities
- Conduct the pre-screening phase with candidates
- Schedule candidate interviews
- Participating in the planning and organization of company-wide events in collaboration with the whole People & Culture team; designing, planning and executing local office events
