Lars Bladt has previously been group CEO and earlier Managing Director of Valtech Denmark, he is now Chairman of the international Group Board at Valtech SA. Lars has a long career in IT consulting and web-agency behind him and has a Master Degree from Danmarks Technical University.

Jonathan Poole became CEO of Valtech, following a re-organisation of the international Group Board. Having joined Valtech in 2004, as Managing Director of the UK business, Jonathan has led the business through the creation of a complete services portfolio. The reality of delivering business agility has been the focal point of Valtech UK over the last 18 months, bringing many long term contracts and significant growth to the UK business. Jonathan's new remit is to replicate this business strategy throughout the international group of companies.

Douglas Land has been a financial and economic consultant since 1981, and is now also serving as a member of the Board at Valtech. For the past 19 years he has assisted public and private firms in all phases of business start-up and growth including feasibility studies, business-plan preparation, equity funding, debt funding, private placements structuring, and initial public offerings. Douglas Land is the founder of Economic Analysis Group (Washington, DC) and was formerly an executive of Hambro Resource Development Incorporated, an affiliate of Hambros Bank of London in the UK. He has BA in Economics, and an MBA and MA in International Relations from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Jean-Claude Turri is a graduate from Centrale Paris, he founded and managed the Ouroumoff Group from 1976 to 1997. Its different subsidiaries greatly influenced the development of consulting in the fields of logistics, supply chain and the associated information systems. In 1997 Jean-Claude founded Axelboss Consultants, a consulting firm specializing in Supply-Chain Management that was acquired by Valtech in June 2001. Today, Jean-Claude is the Managing Director of Valtech Axelboss.
