Claude Puppatti manages the Valtech operations across France. With more than 26 years experience in the IT industry, more than a third of which have been in developing applications in banking sector, as analyst and Project Manager, Claude was among the first in France (Sopra group at that time) who joined the EAI activity around the software RDJ, founded in the early 80’s.

Claude has also had various high responsability positions: Group HR Director, Axway Software Deputy-MD in charge of Asia Pacific operations and based in Singapore, SVP for Sopra Group Software Solutions Division for Real Estate. Claude graduated from a French Business School, and also has a B. of Sc from the French Institute of Studies in Social Organisations.

John Galioto brings over 23 years of IT consulting experience including eight at the executive management level to Valtech’s North American business. During his career John has helped many Fortune 500 clients throughout the Americas, Europe, Asia, Australia and Africa realize business value on strategic consulting and systems development and integration projects. Prior to Valtech, John was Chief Operating Officer at ThoughtWorks, where he also held titles of Managing Director UK and Vice President during his five year tenure.

John started his career at American Management Systems (now CGI) in various technical and management roles with progressive leadership responsibility, culminating in Vice President running their global trade finance practice. John has an MBA in finance and information systems from New York University’s Stern School of Business.

Sujatha Balakrishnan is the Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for overall project delivery, quality and testing. She is a post-graduate in Mathematics and has 28 years of IT industry experience. She is a qualified ISO Lead Auditor and has helped several organizations achieve ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and CMM Certifications. She has participated as an Assessment Team Member in CMM Level 4 and Level 5 Certifications. She has lead several key development projects in the Manufacturing, Banking & Financial Services and MIS application domains. Her project delivery experience spans both offshore and DuoShore for various international clients in Europe and the USA using Agile methods coupled with best practices of ISO and CMM.

Phil Hall is the Managing Director for Valtech in the UK and has been with Valtech since 2000. He has over 20 years experience in the software services marketplace, and during that time he has delivered some of the most complex IT programmes in the UK.

His current mission is to enhance Valtech’s position as the leading Agile e-business and software consultancy in the UK. Prior to Valtech, Phil was on the board of a successful software product company and spent 2 years overseas setting up their US subsidiary.

Managing Director of Sweden since January 2004, Ulf Sidemo has a Master's in Science and a MBA from the University of Gothenburg. Ulf started his career at Ericsson where he successively held the positions of Software Engineer in Sweden, Team Leader in Dallas and Project Director in Lahore (Pakistan) before going on to become Head of Marketing firstly in Romania, then for the United Kingdom, France, Italy & Africa.

Ingo Kriescher is Chairman of the Board of Synaris AG and also Managing Director of its operational subsidiary Valtech GmbH. Before joining the Valtech group, he was partner and director of the company OOTec GmbH from 1998 to 2000. He had previously developed his own enterprises such as, Symbolics Systemhaus GmbH after a MBO and Forus Consult GmbH and been involved in various senior management positions within ICL. Ingo started his career in 1962 and can thus boast over 40 years' experience in almost every area of the IT sector.

Ingo has been strongly involved in the market introduction of new computer series like mainframes and workstations, the -wide marketing and product development of software from ICL for the manufacturing industry, (CIM integration), and introduction of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the Central European market. Apart from building new business he has done several restructuring projects to align companies and business units with market requirements.

Carsten Brogaard Jensen joined Valtech Denmark in 2000. At Valtech he has held positions from Management Consultant to Director of Sales and Business Development. Carsten offers extensive expertise within e-business consulting from working closely with some of Valtech's largest accounts. Prior to Valtech, Carsten worked internationally as a Trade Officer in Singapore and as IT Management Consultant with Cap Gemini. Carsten holds a Master of Science in International Business from Copenhagen Business School.
