Jonathan Poole is Managing Director of Valtech India, Valtech France, Valtech UK and CEO of Valtech. He joined Valtech in 2004, as Managing Director of the UK business, Jonathan has led the business through the creation of a complete services portfolio. The reality of delivering business agility has been the focal point of Valtech UK over the last 18 months, bringing many long term contracts and significant growth to the UK business. Jonathan's new remit is to replicate this business strategy throughout the international group of companies.

Carsten Brogaard Jensen joined Valtech Denmark in 2000. At Valtech he has held positions from Management Consultant to Director of Sales and Business Development. Carsten offers extensive expertise within e-business consulting from working closely with some of Valtech's largest accounts. Prior to Valtech, Carsten worked internationally as a Trade Officer in Singapore and as IT Management Consultant with Cap Gemini. Carsten holds a Master of Science in International Business from Copenhagen Business School.

Ingo Kriescher is Chairman of the Board of Synaris AG and also Managing Director of its operational subsidiary Valtech GmbH. Before joining the Valtech group, he was partner and director of the company OOTec GmbH from 1998 to 2000. He had previously developed his own enterprises such as, Symbolics Systemhaus GmbH after a MBO and Forus Consult GmbH and been involved in various senior management positions within ICL. Ingo started his career in 1962 and can thus boast over 40 years' experience in almost every area of the IT sector. Ingo has been strongly involved in the market introduction of new computer series like mainframes and workstations, the -wide marketing and product development of software from ICL for the manufacturing industry, (CIM integration), and introduction of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the Central European market. Apart from building new business he has done several restructuring projects to align companies and business units with market requirements.

As MD of Valtech North America, Brad Murphy is an agent for organizational transformation. For nearly 30 years, Brad has been focused on information technology innovation and business entrepreneurship. His first business venture, which he co-founded began while still in engineering school, was a personal wealth management software company. After selling this company, Brad served as a director for a prominent management consulting firm, and later launched the south east region for a national IT consulting firm headquartered out of Boston. In 1994 Brad founded digitalESP, a high-end software engineering firm that received national attention and regular industry coverage for pioneering early standards and innovation around web services and on-the-fly application assembly.

In 2002 Brad merged digitalESP with Valtech North America. Today, Brad leads Valtech North America in pioneering three themes: fostering foundational best practices that boost Agile and Lean engineering at the team and program level; organizational transformation of the business, product and software engineering partnership; and growing the first disruptive network of high performance just-in-time software engineering centers based in the U.S.

Managing Director of Sweden since January 2004, Ulf Sidemo has a Master's in Science and a MBA from the University of Gothenburg. Ulf started his career at Ericsson where he successively held the positions of Software Engineer in Sweden, Team Leader in Dallas and Project Director in Lahore (Pakistan) before going on to become Head of Marketing firstly in Romania, then for the United Kingdom, France, Italy & Africa.
