The main purpose for the relaunch was to get a contemporary website that could level with the bank’s customers. The site should be close to the business strategy, and at the same time target the key audience directly. As PenSam Bank is an online bank with no physical offices, the site is the primary contact point.
The new digital platform was a good moment to revisit their KPIs on conversions, added sales and marketing as well. With this in mind, Valtech developed a new conversion optimized interaction design and a new communication plan that targeted the bank's current and potential customers. In parallel with this process, Valtech developed a new visual expression to the bank site. Without losing PenSam's existing visual expression, it gave the bank a more contemporary look.
The relaunch was done on their existing SharePoint platform. With their brand new site, PenSam has been equipped to meet what is expected of a modern bank, on a solid foundation for future digital transformation of the entire pensam.dk site.
