Program Manager – Ecommerce Operations (PIM & DAM)

In your role as a Program Manager, you make the impact we have on our customers measurable. You work for leading brands within the Valtech Content & Experience practice and feel at home in a challenging, international environment in which you collaborate with other experts and support them.

What you do

Seasoned Program Manager with 15+ years of industry experience in working with enterprise-grade projects of any scale. At least 4 years' experience working in Product Information Management – PIM, 3 years of experience in Digital Asset Management – DAM, 8 years’ experience in working on B2C Ecommerce operations.4-5 years hands-on experience in working on any ecommerce technology.

Experienced in e-retails and e-commerce domains with hands on functional and technical understanding. Have worked with Salsify (PIM) configuration, in-depth understanding on Localization ie; multilingual. In-depth understanding of customization at least at 2 levels ie; Master and Node level. Minimum of 3-4 D2C implementations on Salsify with external e-Retailers like Lazada, Shopee. Experience with any of the DAM systems (preferably OPENTEXT) and exposure on metadata. Mapping of requirements between Salsify and eCommerce Platforms like Amazon, Flipkart or international eCommerce systems Shopee, Lazada.

What we ask for

Requirement gathering, Analysis and documentation of requirements, translating the business requirements to IT functional spec. Guiding the Brand team in the Hub implementation and planning for countries on-boarding process, across NA & SAPMEA markets. Experience in Excel data management, Formulas & Macros. o Provide the training to the End-Users at different levels on HUB specifics. Communicate and alignment across different stakeholders. Experience on any of Right Management tools (preferably FADEL) would be an added advantage. Setting SOP’s for PIM & DAM Integration Process, on-boarding of new brands / countries / leveraging workshops. Training as per the requirement of Business need or HUB implementation. Planning activities of the team aligned to the business priorities of the customer. Primary contact for resource forecasting and planning. Discussion on budgeting and resource utilization on monthly basis. Communication with Brand teams on issues raised and collaborate to resolve. Understand and align with Brand on demands raised in SAPMENA markets. Preparation and planning of roll-out activities with Brand Program Owner and multiple Country teams. Initiate the discussion with Marketing and Supply chain teams to initiate the scope. Run workshops for new PIM + DAM onboarding and collect required configuration attributes and document the same for future forecast(s). Tracking the roll-out activities and driving the weekly meetings. Initiating the new process/scope, analyzing the feasibility, and providing feedback/opinion (ie: SFCC, WSF, Google MFC). Supporting operations teams on issues where required and managing the overall program budget (buffer and current)
