We are looking for a Junior Salesforce Administrator to join our network of more than 6,000 doers and makers working out from our 60+ offices in 22 countries,

The ideal candidate's skills

/ Eager to use and expand on current Salesforce knowledge and skills

/ Proficient in the use of Salesforce Lightning

/ Salesforce ADM 201 certification would be advantageous or a desire to be certified within a year

/ Experience in a support-level role

    / Have strong written and oral communication skills.

      About the role

      Valtech is growing, both organically and through acquisition. To ensure we continue to provide a high-quality service of support for our business tools, we’ve identified the need to expand our Business Applications Shared Service Centre to include direct support to Salesforce users globally.

      / You will be providing first-level support to all Salesforce end users as well as offering support to the Salesforce Administrator on an ad hoc basis.

      What you’ll be doing

      / First line of support for general Salesforce administrative queries and functions. These will include:

      / End-user account creation and maintenance

      / Responding to and resolving end-user system issues and queries

      / Assisting and guiding users via support and best practices.

      / Object and record maintenance (for example custom fields, validation rules, record types, page layouts)

      / Creating and maintaining global Reports and Dashboards

      / Multi-Currency updates

      / Escalate issues where necessary in a timely manner

      / Assist Salesforce Administrator with bulk data imports or updates

      / Proactively manage and improve Salesforce data to ensure it is accurate and kept up to date through maintaining governance reports and adhering to and maintaining Valtech processes with regard to data integrity
