Innovation is at the heart of Schneider Electric's strategy. 9,000 Schneider Electric professionals work directly in R&D activities, in 22 countries and at 70 sites worldwide. Among this population, the proportion of Software Development is growing rapidly. Agile will allow these teams to deliver high quality products and solutions faster.
Valtech brings its proven capacity to provide a coherent, consistent and pragmatic approach toward introducing agile thinking and methods to large, geographically diverse companies offering products and solutions.
In the course of the mission, Valtech will deliver Agile training and coaching to teams at Schneider Electric worldwide through a global experienced team of experts. The training content includes an initial 15 courses covering Agile management, project management, product management and development, and associated coaching of agile teams within product entities. Valtech will also provide strategic and process coaching to the internal Schneider Electric team in charge of Agile deployment.
