Client Partner (KSA)


Valtech is looking for a Client Partner in Saudi Arabia to become a key member of the Growth Team. You are expected to work closely with the existing and potential clients with focus on KSA market. As a Client Partner you will be responsible for revenue growth, winning new engagements, and driving the organic growth of existing ones.

Organic Growth

  • Lead existing engagements and ensure the stability of the programs, including client satisfaction with the services provided by Valtech
  • Craft growth strategies and navigate through the stakeholder to identify new selling points, diversify our services, and generate more revenue
  • Work closely with the delivery team to ensure a smooth transition of new wins, escalation, and reputation management

Sales Growth

  • Identify key prospects and shape them into tangible opportunities
  • Reporting your pipeline on a regular basis, highlighting the progress of the opportunities across the different stages
  • Qualify opportunities and lead RFP responses
  • The main responsibility of the role is to set the overall strategy, response narrative, provide the wider team with insights, guide them towards the main objectives and ensure that overall success criteria is met

You and the role

  • Create a short- and long-term plans to pursue a revenue target for new and organic growth
  • Build and maintain a network of relationships with key prospects
  • Represent the customers internally and ensure their objectives and KPIs are always maintained during projects, delivery, and sales cycles
  • Be up to date with latest technology trends related to your engagements and relevant to the industry
  • Lead commercial discussions and negotiations with your clients
  • Manage your pipeline and provide the leadership with the needed reports
  • Lead pitch processes and RFP technical and commercial responses
  • Represent Valtech at industry and partner events

We would love if you have

  • 12+ years of relevant experience in digital consulting, digital transformation, and client management
  • Familiar with engagement at the senior executives and C-suite level
  • Experienced in digital platforms, bespoke digital products, technology solutions and CX
  • Involved in enterprise digital programs of work
  • Existing relationships with stakeholders and prospects clients
  • Strategic thinker, ability to observe situations, and identify opportunities
  • Familiar with operating under aggressive targets pressure
  • Ability to negotiate and influence decisions
  • Proven record of meeting revenue targets
  • Saudi National and based in KSA
