In your role as a MuleSoft Business Analyst, you make the impact we have on our customers measurable. You work for leading brands within the Valtech Digital Commerce practice and feel at home in a challenging, international environment in which you collaborate with other experts and support them.
What you do
A seasoned MuleSoft Business Analyst with at least 8+ years of industry experience and relevant minimum the last 7+ years of sound experience on the below area.
In your current role, must have working experience in supporting business consultant in translating business requirements to technical specifications.
Analyzing requirement, clarifying and preparing requirement documents like user cases, user stories and product backlogs.
Supporting project manager in customer meetings as required.
Supporting architect and developers in improvement activities.
Assist in collating ad hoc reports.
Interacting with teams, customer and managing customer expectations.
Implementing project processes and best practices.
Adhering to policies, guidelines and procedures of Valtech and customer while development is carried out.
Ensuring services are delivered as per SLAs.
Digital commerce domain would an added advantage.
