The ideal candidate's skills include:
/ 6+ years’ experience in Front-end development
/ 4+ years of experience with React.js, TypeScript
/ Familiar with PWA and Headless architecture concepts
/ Experience with e-commerce domain
/ Good knowledge of HTML5/CSS3, LESS/SASS, and BEM methodology
/ Wide experience in JavaScript (ES6+)
/ Understanding of MVC and MVVM patterns
/ Accessibility and SEO
/ Experience with front-end tooling (npm-scripts/Webpack/Gulp)
/ Experience with state management libraries like Redux
/ Architectural Design thinking and awareness
/ Framework and Library Selection
/ Performance Optimization awareness
/ Integration with Back End, data fetching and caching
/ Documentation, Technical Diagrams creation
/ Problem-solving abilities, focus on research, finding solutions and root causes of issues

The Role
As a Frontend Architect within our organization, you will be a part of the team building eCommerce solutions for our clients that need an understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns, including how to architect large-scale web applications for maintainability, scalability, and performance.
Front-end Architects are responsible for choosing the right front-end technologies and libraries for a project. They evaluate the pros and cons of different frameworks and make informed decisions based on project requirements.
You need to handle and be aware of optimizing web application performance, including reducing load times, optimizing asset delivery, and minimizing render-blocking resources. As an Frontend Architect you will work closely with Backend Architect to establish effective communication between the front-end and back-end systems, including API design, data retrieval, and caching.
Also, as a part of the role you need to maintain comprehensive documentation of the front-end architecture, codebase, and development processes to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team.
You will work in an agile way in cross-functional global teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. You will join the project based on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Composable Storefront).
As a Consultant, you are expected to develop expertise both in technology and the means to communicate complex concepts and rationale to non-techies. We’ll encourage and support this with frequent opportunities to share ideas internally. We also have consultants who frequently deliver at regional, national, and global conferences.
