Salesforce Commerce Cloud - Techno Functional Support

In your role as a Techno- Functional Senior Developer- SFCC you make the impact we have on our customers measurable. You work for leading brands within the Valtech Retail Practice and feel at home in a challenging, international environment in which you collaborate with other experts and support them.

What you do

A seasoned Techno Functional expertise, with a minimum of 5 years of total industry experience with at least 2+ years of experience in Sales Force Commerce Cloud L2 support, must have experience in handling incidents, monitoring, fixing API and data errors. Working experience on monitoring and fixing upstream and downstream integrations is essential. Should have strong functional experience in Sales Force Business Manager and its functionalities related to ecommerce components such as Users, Catalog, Pricing, Inventory, Payment Gateways and SFCC integrations. Participation and contribution in major cut over's (Other digital eCommerce platforms to SFCC), testing (INT, UAT etc.) and able to analyze the document and collaborate with team members and managers.

Understand the SFCC Techno Functional aspects and maintain the highest degree of code quality and practice the best. Understand SFCC support functions which are monitoring the API’s, data integrations between Salesforce and other upstream or downstream systems, analyzing technical & functional issues related to orders, transactions, payment gateways features.
