The Ideal Candidate
- Experience: 5 years in a creative or digital agency setting, with a portfolio showcasing diverse and impactful work.
- Technical Skills: Mastery of design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping software. Experience with motion design and working with AI tools like MidJourney or Runway is a big plus.
- Conceptual Thinking: A knack for translating complex ideas into compelling visual narratives.
- Collaboration: The ability to work across teams and geographies, inspiring those around you.
- Vision: A passion for pushing creative boundaries, staying ahead of design trends, and setting new standards.
- English: Upper-intermediate level
- Strong desire to learn more about business every day
The Role
As a Senior Visual Designer at Valtech, you’ll lead the creation of exceptional digital experiences that bring brands to life. You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams to craft user-first designs that merge strategy, branding, and advanced technology. In this role, you will:
- Drive the conceptual and visual direction of projects, blending creativity with business goals to craft compelling digital experiences.
- Develop and execute high-impact designs across web, mobile, and emerging platforms that align with clients' needs and Valtech’s standards of innovation.
- Collaborate with UX, development, and strategy teams to solve complex design challenges while maintaining user-first principles.
- Shape and implement design systems to ensure consistency and scalability, elevating the quality of every client touchpoint.
- Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of innovation, curiosity, and growth.
