The role
Based in Sofia and reporting to the Head of Group Reporting, you will be part of the Group Reporting team, which operates in both Stockholm and Sofia.
You will thrive in this role if you are:

- Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus)
Role responsibilities
- Analyzing monthly balance sheet submissions, calculating variances to budget /forecast for cash, working capital, provisions and other key balance sheet positions.
- Liaising with regional and local finance teams to understand and document variances, trends, DSO and debtor ageing, DPO payables ageing , bad debt provisions, bonus provisions
- Participating in the implementation of a new Group Consolidation Tool
- Other ad-hoc analysis tasks
Must have qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:
- You are a qualified accountant. Preferably, you have at least 3 years of experience of accounting in a complex group under IFRS
- As a person, you are responsible, thorough, and independent but at the same time you appreciate collaborating and being part of a team where you contribute to a positive team environment. Furthermore, you are communicative, proactive, and enjoy sharing your knowledge with others
- You have proficiency in English and are excited about working in an international environment with multiple points of contact
- Experience in a global or multi-national company
Nice to have qualifications
- Experience with financial systems such as Oracle, HFM and Planful
- Ability to influence stakeholders and present complex data in a clear, compelling way
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional and cross-border teams
- Passion for continuous learning and keeping up with industry trends
