We are looking for a Business Operations Associate to join our network of more than 6.000 doer’s and maker’s working out from our 60+ offices in 22 countries. Just recently, we opened our newest office in Sofia, Bulgaria and we are looking for an administrative professional to join our team!
The Role
The ideal candidate for this position will be punctual, independent, hard-working, detail-oriented, and able to excel in a fast-paced, multitasking environment. In this role, you will work as a single local function and as part of a global team.
*Please, note that this role will require coming to the office at least 2-3 times per week.
/ You will be responsible for diverse operational activities in the Administrative Department such as:
/ Carry out all administrative tasks related to employment contracts, from hiring to exiting documentation
/ Collect, manual enter and process documentation needed for payroll processing (sick leaves, vacation forms) ensuring all data is dully available for the payroll calculation
/ Collect, prepare, deliver, record, and archive the personnel data and documentation
/ Issuing service notes and certificates to employees
/ Collect, prepare, deliver, record, and archive all the accounting documentation
/ Key point of contact for state institutions
/ Key point of contact for the external accounting and payroll providers
/ Key point of contact for the supplier and all company’s business partners
/ Monitor changes in labor, insurance, and tax legislation
/ Provide operative support to all key processes and projects of the People and Culture and Finance Departments
/ Work on process improvements together with your local colleagues from People and Culture, Talent Acquisition and Finance
/ Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations
/ Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels
/ Organize and maintain the archive
/ Coordinating the regular inventory count processes
The ideal candidate skills
/ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
/ At least 3 years of previous experience in an administration role, preferably in payroll, accounting or finance administration
/ Good theoretical and practical knowledge in business operations
/ Good theoretical and practical knowledge in payroll, accounting, or finance administration
/ Excellent advanced Excel skills, MS office
/ Fluent English (both written and spoken)
/ Close attention to detail and ability to work independently
/ An excellent team player with the ability to build strong relationships
/ Ability to understand end to end processes, identify improvement & simplification opportunities and design and implement standardised solutions
/ Previous experience in a software company
