We are looking for a Middle Marketing Automation Consultant to join our global team of 6,000 professionals in more than 60 offices worldwide.

As our newest member of the MarTech team, you’ll be spearheading our efforts within Marketing Automation, and empowering marketing teams worldwide.

Within the Martech team, we take care of streamlining processes across marketing and sales, automate manual workflows, and set up measurement tools that generate actionable insights.

We manage an ecosystem of 19 products that together, contribute to 100M€ in marketing-won revenue for Valtech. The tech stack covers our website and marketing automation, our event platform, and the integrations with our ad channels. The ecosystem is designed for lead conversions and talent acquisition; integrating with our CRM platform for leads and our ATS for talents. Our current challenges include global compliance, data movement and synthesisation, and dashboarding/visualization for data-driven decision-making. E.g CAC, ARR.


We are also open to hiring more veterans and internally displaced persons.


The Ideal Candidate

  • 2+ years of experience with Marketing automation campaigns using such platforms Marketo OR Hubspot / Pardot / Adobe Campaign / Braze / Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement
  • Driving to thrive as an individual contributor – you're a doer above all else
  • Loving for complex details – you enjoy the process of sifting through data, logs, or system configuration to find the root cause of a problem
  • Upper-Intermediate English level
  • Accountability, strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills
  • Strong desire to learn more about business every day

Optional:

  • Knowledge and experience in Salesforce CRM
  • If you’re familiar with any of the tools and platforms (Optimizely Content Marketing Platform; LinkedIn Recruiter; Linked In Sales Nav; Typeform; TeamTailor; Optimizely CMS and Experimentation; Google Analytics; Hootsuite; TwentyThree; Bynder; Supermetrics; BigQuery; Power BI)

The Role

You’ll manage the day-to-day database and marketing activities of Valtech by addressing incoming requests and delivering roadmap items. This typically translates to being responsible for:

  • Creating, optimizing, and deploying marketing automation campaigns with a focus on database growth and lead nurturing
  • Implement sophisticated workflows across tools and platforms
  • Evaluation of campaign effectiveness using a mix of tools and platforms
  • Ensuring the data accuracy of our database and dashboards
  • Ensuring the hygiene of our database by understanding and upholding legal requirements and best practices
  • Use advanced segmentation and personalization techniques for higher conversion rates, improved customer journeys, and increased revenue.
  • Implementing effective A/B testing for data-driven decision-making.
  • Communicating and coordinating with stakeholders across the globe to deliver requests and roadmap items
