We are looking for a motivated Node.js back end Consultant to join our numerous ongoing and new projects — ranging from enterprise content solutions, VR, mobile apps, data services to experience-driven enterprise e-commerce, user experience, and marketing. Global opportunities to work with different industry verticals: retail & luxury, automotive, financial, healthcare, travel & hospitality, FMCG, media & entertainment.
The ideal candidate
— Experience with Microservices or migration from Monolith to Microservices and Serverless;
— Experience with implementing and/or using APIs (REST, GraphQL, gRPC etc.);
— Working with any of the modern cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP;
— Working with service-oriented or event-driven architecture;
— Experience with e-commerce platforms (Commercetools, VTEX, Fluent Commerce) and/or headless CMS (Contentstack, Amplience etc.);
— Follows industry best practices: test coverage, code review, branching strategy etc;
— Working with CI/CD approach, writing auto tests and understanding of its necessity, OOD skills and knowledge of design patterns;
— Experience with static and/or dynamic code analyzers, linters etc.
— Working with infrastructure-as-a-code approach and cloud infra deployment tools;
— Cloudformation or Terraform experience;
— Data, product and/or content modelling experience.
As a Node.js Consultant within our organization, you will be a part of the team building eCommerce solutions for our clients that need to handle the daily challenges of scaling, resilience, and performance. You will work in an agile way in cross-functional global teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
As a Consultant, you are expected to develop expertise both in technology and the means to communicate complex concepts and rationale to non-techies. We’ll encourage and support this with frequent opportunities to share ideas internally. We also have consultants frequently deliver at regional, national, and global conferences.
