Salesforce Marketing Cloud - Lead Developer

In your role as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, you make the impact we have on our customers measurable. You work for leading brands within the Valtech Emerging Tech & AI/ML practice and feel at home in a challenging, international environment in which you collaborate with other experts and support them.

What you do

A seasoned professional with 5-6 years of industry experience with minimum 4+ years of experience on the below spread skills.

Development of email communications leveraging Content Builders tool, HTML and CSS where necessary in partnership with our CRM team.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)/ Exact Target platform
Proficiency with SFMC Content Builder tool Develop HTML emails using SFMC WYSIWYG, HTML and CSS.
Improvement of the process and the business.
Change management in fast paced environment with campaign owners and stakeholders
Uses SFMC AMPscript, scripting language, to build dynamic content into HTML
Integration knowledge using custom activity, Marketing Cloud APIs.
Sales Cloud Implementation Knowledge will be a plus.
Work collaboratively as a member of an end-to-end lead management, cross-functional, global team.
Development and execute relevant testing strategies for operational tasks.
Understand and implement necessary compliance and security measures as per regulations.

SFMC certifications are highly preferable.

What we ask for

Lead and own the solution design process including user story refinement, meetings to finalize business requirements, blueprint documentation, build journey canvas, queries, data extensions, test and debug new campaign automation solutions as well as maintain and troubleshoot in flight automation's.
Develop and maintain components critical to the success of our marketing automation programs, including email triggers/automation's, platform configuration, multi-channel integration, data feeds, SQL queries, audience segmentation, and other various components needed to run complex automated email campaigns.
Translate business requirements into a solution design, provide consulting on consumer journey mapping, conceptualize, and communicate highly detailed technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Be an email platform subject matter experts, provide support to our internal teams by working through issues in a timely and efficient manner, and identifying solutions to prevent issues from recurring.
Expertise with Salesforce Connector and developing journeys triggered by Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud (SFSC) and that pass engagement data back to SFSC for sales status and actions.
Support the continues growth of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud solution.
