The Role  

As a L3 Team Agent – Mobile Apps, you are passionate about experience innovation and eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible. You bring 3+ years of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact.

  • Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus) 

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide L3 application support for mobile apps, resolving incidents escalated from L2 (functional and technical issues).
  • Analyze logs, crashes, and performance data using tools like Firebase Crashlytics, Grafana, Kibana, and Uptime Kuma
  • Troubleshoot iOS applications (built in Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit with MVVM, VIPER, TCA patterns).
  • Apply bug fixes, patches, and minor code corrections to ensure app stability.
  • Coordinate with Build teams for complex issues requiring code changes or release fixes.
  • Monitor service performance (latency, uptime, incident trends) and proactively propose improvements.
  • Maintain documentation of known errors, workarounds, and troubleshooting steps (knowledge base updates).
  • Support release and deployment activities by validating fixes in pre-production before rollout.
  • Participate in governance meetings and provide inputs on recurring issues and root cause analysis (RCA).

Must have

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: 

  • Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is typically required.
  • 3–5 years of experience in application support or development, preferably in mobile apps (iOS).
  • Hands-on experience with iOS development, including:
    • Swift
    • SwiftUI
    • UIKit
    • Debugging tools
  • Solid understanding of app architectures, such as:
    • MVVM
    • VIPER
    • TCA
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON, and how they integrate with backend systems.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools, including:
    • Firebase Crashlytics
    • Grafana
    • Kibana
  • Good working knowledge of incident management tools like:
    • ServiceNow
    • JIRA
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to investigate and resolve issues efficiently.
