The Role
As a Technical Architect you are passionate about experience innovation and eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible. You bring 10+ years of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the technical team across backend, frontend, and CMS integration streams.
- Contribute actively to development — design, code, and review critical modules.
- Design and develop scalable RESTful APIs and microservices using Java and Python.
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Deploy containerized applications using Azure Container Apps and manage infrastructure via Bicep or Terraform.
- Configure and manage Azure services: Container Registry, Storage Account, PostgreSQL, Key Vault, VNet/Subnet, and Private Endpoints.
- Work with Cloudflare for caching, redirects, workers, and zero-trust configurations.
- Collaborate with frontend teams using Next.js to deliver composable, high-performing experiences.
- Oversee CMS integration — preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) — ensuring seamless communication between backend APIs, content models, and frontend rendering.
- Collaborate with business teams and solution architects to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Debug and troubleshoot production issues across layers (infrastructure, CMS, microservices, and frontend).
- Foster a culture aligned with MACH principles — modular, scalable, API-first, and cloud-native.
Must have
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:
- Education: A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field is typically required.
- Programming: Strong expertise in Java, plus one of Python or TypeScript.
- Cloud: Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud, specifically Container Apps, Container Registry, Storage Accounts, and PostgreSQL.
- Infrastructure as Code: Practical knowledge of Bicep (preferred) or Terraform.
- CI/CD: Experience building pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- API Design: Strong understanding of REST principles and microservice architecture.
- CMS Experience: Proven experience working with any enterprise CMS (preferably AEM or other Java-based CMS like Magnolia, Bloomreach, or dotCMS).
- Frontend: Working knowledge of Next.js or similar modern frameworks.
- Networking & CDN: Basic understanding of Cloudflare configuration (redirects, caching, workers, zero trust).
- Leadership: Ability to guide developers, perform code reviews, and resolve technical blockers.
- Communication: Strong communication skills to work with internal business teams and architects.
Nice to Have
- Deep experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) — component development, APIs, and deployment.
- Familiarity with Headless CMS and content delivery models.
- Exposure to Spring Boot or FastAPI.
- Multi-cloud or hybrid deployment experience ( Azure , AWS).
Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have)
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204)
- Microservices Architecture Certification (edX, Coursera, or similar)
