The role
We are looking for a Financial Analyst that will ensure the correct recording and tracking of projects from contract signature through project completion.
Role responsibilities
- Read, review and understand contracts’ terms and conditions.
- Set up projects in the project management tool according to contracts’ terms.
- Track projects progress from creation to closure, keeping the project management tool information up to date.
- Provide ongoing support to billing and revenue teams during month-end reporting.
- Handle expense rebill setup in the project management tool.
- Provide support to project managers on timesheets and project adjustments.
- Collaborate with PMO to ensure consistent project accounting and reporting.
- Train new project managers on the project management tool process.
- Interact with others in the Finance Shared Services (FISS) and Business Applications Shared Services (BASS) teams when necessary.
- Timely perform/support the internal control processes.
Minimum qualifications

- Academic background in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related areas.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in Finance.
- Advanced level of English.
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel); Working knowledge of relevant software (e.g. SuiteProjects Pro) will be appreciated.
- Ability to work and communicate clearly with internal clients.
- Assertiveness to raise attention to potential issues.
- Strong attention to detail.
Preferred qualifications
- Academic background in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related areas.
