Working with a major luxury brand with ambitious growth objectives, we delivered a fully functional ecommerce solution across 30 markets. We developed a fully-fledged front-end platform, localized the content and implemented country-specific features (e.g. payments, multi-currency, shipping) for each channel. We also provided complete support for the digital platform.
Global AI strategy
We helped a leading luxury brand define a global AI strategy that encompassed how they would assess the tech’s potential, how they would conduct experiments, how they would deliver online and offline behavior data to local boutique staff, and how they would monitor social media for activity that would impact brand sentiment or desirability.
Global omnistock implementation
We helped a leading luxury retailer implement an order management system that unlocked order fulfilment capabilities. The retailer can manage different delivery options, fulfil orders from warehouses or directly from stores, and extend these capabilities to both digital and client service orders.
Global POS implementation
Working with a leading luxury retailer, we automated the deployment of Oracle Xstore across more than 5000 point of sale systems in more than 500 stores. Xstore was localized for 63 countries across the US, APAC and EMEA regions, including fiscalization. We deliver four releases per year with our agile setup.
Multi-country PXM factory
We rolled out a luxury product experience factory for the world’s largest luxury group, helping them maintain clean, consistent and complete product catalogs across all brands and client touchpoints. Our study for their liquor division optimized the delivery of data for 50,000 products; our unification of 16 perfume brands under one Akeneo platform streamlined their catalog; and our Akeneo PXM platform takeover for their largest jewelry brand brought clean, structured data to websites in North America, Europe and APAC.
