The Role  

As a Salesforce L2 Support Analyst / Monitoring Specialist, you are passionate about experience innovation and eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible. You bring 4+ years of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact.

  • Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus) 

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Provide L2 support for Salesforce applications across multiple clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, SOM and B2C Commerce).
  • Monitor system performance, integrations, and batch processes using tools such as Splunk, New Relic, or Salesforce Health Check.
  • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, escalating to L3 or engineering teams when required.
  • Maintain logs, incident reports, and root cause analyses for recurring issues.
  • Perform proactive health checks, release readiness, and post-deployment validations.
  • Collaborate closely with customer stakeholders, functional teams, and Salesforce admins.
  • Support configuration-based fixes, data corrections, and environment management activities.
  • Participate in on-call rotations or weekend support as needed.
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through clear communication, professionalism, and ownership.

Must have:

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: 

  • Education: A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field is typically required.
  • 4–6 years of total experience, with 4+ years in Salesforce platform support or administration.
  • Hands-on experience across multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, or B2C Commerce).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in Apex errors, integrations, API failures, and deployment issues.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce admin tools (Flow, Process Builder, Reports, Data Loader, etc.).
  • Familiarity with monitoring and incident management tools (ServiceNow, Splunk, New Relic, PagerDuty, etc.).
  • Exposure to DevOps processes (CI/CD tools, Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to handle luxury and premium customers confidently.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) — must have
  • Salesforce Platform App Builder — good to have
  • Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant / Sales Cloud Consultant — good to have
  • ITIL Foundation or equivalent certification — preferred

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer engagement and interpersonal communication.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-expectation environments supporting global clients.
