The role
As a Senior Business Developer & Google cloud Partner Lead , you are passionate about experience innovation and eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible. You bring 6 to 8 years of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact.

Work Across Multiple Initiatives
- Collaborative Sales Pursuit: Work closely with internal sales teams to identify and drive new opportunities through the partner channel, directly leading the conversion of opportunities where appropriate.

Role responsibilities
A Dual Strategic Mission
We are looking for a high-impact Senior Business Developer & Google Cloud Partner Lead (all genders) to join our South West Europe (SWE) team. This unique "dual-hat" role combines the strategic management of one of our most vital technology partnerships with the hunter mentality of a Senior New Business Executive.
You will be responsible for driving expansion across France, Spain, and Switzerland, focusing mainly on high-growth verticals: Financial Services, B2B Industry, and Automotive.

-Google cloud Partner Seller
- Lead the Relationship: Act as the primary point of contact and lead Valtech’s relationship with Google Cloud across South West Europe, specifically France, Spain, and Switzerland.
- Drive Partner Strategy: Own and execute Valtech’s partner growth strategy for Google Cloud, ensuring our partnership remains a key engine for new business.
- Build the Network: Attend partner conferences and industry events to forge new connections and generate high-value business opportunities.
-New Business Development :
- Net New Growth: develop and execute a GTM plan to acquire "new logos" within the Financial Services, Automotive, and B2B Industry verticals across the SWE region.
- Strategic Value Selling: Engage with prospect organizations through value-based selling, business case definition, and strategic networking.
- End-to-End Sales Leadership: Lead the entire pre-sales process—from qualification and win-strategy definition to RFP responses and final pitches—supported by our global delivery and bid management teams.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecasting via Salesforce CRM, ensuring consistent revenue delivery.
Must have qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:
- Experience: You bring 7+ years of B2B channel and cloud technology experience, ideally with a proven track record of working directly with Google Cloud.
- Strategic Leader: You have the ability to lead, influence, and execute effectively within a complex, matrixed organization.
- Relationship-Driven: You are extroverted and empathetic, excelling at building long-term, trust-based relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Self-Starter: You are comfortable working independently, making autonomous decisions and recommendations in a fast-paced environment.
- Context Shifter: You thrive on variety and can easily transition between high-level strategy and the tactical details of sales processes and marketing execution.
- Enterprise Savvy: You have experience navigating and influencing marketing, technology, and line-of-business teams within large enterprise environments.
- Speaking language : Excellent English and French communications skills. Spanish nice to have.
