Franke Group reinvents its digital customer experience together with Valtech

In less than a year, Franke Group and Valtech have successfully transformed the customer experience for coffee aficionados, professional - and amateur chefs alike.

Franke's most important marketing communication channel - the website - is live with a new fresh face and much-improved user experience, catering to the diverse range of customers. Valtech supported as an end-to-end transformation partner: The global business transformation agency provided the conception of a digital web and content strategy as well as the implementation of the AEM Cloud Solution. 

As one of the world's leading providers of intelligent systems for domestic kitchens, system catering and professional coffee preparation, the range of Franke’s visitors as well as content is diverse and demanding. The new content strategy, the implementation of the AEM Cloud Solution and flexible personalisation, has been essential to enable all stakeholders to find their way around immediately and reach their goal easily.

By providing a clear information architecture, revised content and easy-to-read layout, Franke improved the general overview. Particularly striking are the two assistants "Product Explorer" and "Machine Finder". With the new Product Explorer for the business unit "Home Solutions", the product system has been successfully linked to the website, which will simplify the future maintenance of the system. Together with the regular content pages, this explorer offers an excellent opportunity to present the Franke Home Solutions product system. In addition, Franke has launched a significant corporate innovation with the development of the coffee machine finder for the "Coffee Systems" business unit: A user-friendly and reduced query leads quickly and easily to suitable product pages with relevant appliance information.
