Middle Salesforce B2C Commerce Engineer

We are looking for a Middle Salesforce B2C Commerce Engineer to join our network of more than 6000+ consultants in 25+ countries. 

Numerous new and ongoing exciting projects, including enterprise e-commerce solutions, mobile apps, data services, content platforms, user experience, and marketing. Global opportunities to work with different industry verticals: retail & luxury, financial, healthcare, travel & hospitality, automotive, media & entertainment.

We've delivered over 200+ projects based on Salesforce Commerce Cloud for world-famous brands, such as L'Oréal, Sanofi, Deciem, and numerous NDA luxury projects.

The Ideal Candidate

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce B2C Commerce (Demandware)
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Experience with SFRA
  • Understanding of APIs and experience integrating third-party systems
  • Familiarity with e-commerce concepts and challenges
  • Basic knowledge of SEO best practices, caching strategies, performance optimization, and security
  • Proficiency in using version control tools like Git
  • Upper-intermediate English level or higher
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Accountability, collaboration, and time-management skills
  • Strong desire to learn more about business every day

Optional:

  • Salesforce B2C Commerce Developer certification (a strong plus)
  • Familiarity with MuleSoft (a strong plus)
  • Experience with React.js
  • Understanding of headless architecture concepts (a strong plus)
  • Practical experience with Composable Storefront

The Role

As a Middle SFCC Backend Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing e-commerce solutions for global brand on the Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud platform. Working closely with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders, your focus will be on resolving issues, ensuring platform stability, and supporting ongoing operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting and maintaining existing functionality on the Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud platform
  • Investigating and resolving issues related to order recovery and processing flows
  • Performing root cause analysis across B2C x MuleSoft x frontend integrations
  • Troubleshooting jobs and issues
  • Fix issues within B2C delivery stack
  • Collaborating with clients, project managers, and internal teams to understand support needs and provide effective technical resolutions
  • Identifying and fixing bugs to ensure smooth and efficient site performance
  • Maintaining clear, accurate documentation of support activities and resolutions
  • Communicating progress, blockers, and updates to the Project Manager in a timely manner

In this role, you’ll be expected to not only handle technical challenges but also clearly explain your findings and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
