Who We Are Seeking:
We are seeking a skilled Digital Project Manager who excels in driving seamless project delivery, while also bringing practical Business Analyst (BA) and Solution Architect (SA) capabilities to bridge business needs and technical execution. This role requires a balance of strong project leadership, business insight, and technical understanding to deliver impactful digital solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, managing planning, execution, and closure to ensure digital projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to meet quality standards.
- Apply Business Analyst skills: conduct stakeholder interviews to gather business needs, document clear requirements (including user stories and acceptance criteria), and validate that requirements align with project goals.
- Contribute Solution Architect perspectives: collaborate with technical teams to assess solution feasibility, understand technical constraints, and ensure proposed solutions balance business needs with practical implementation.
- Manage project scope, risks, and issues proactively, developing mitigation strategies and communicating updates clearly to stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between business teams and technical developers, translating business needs into technical tasks and explaining technical progress in business terms.
- Oversee agile processes (e.g., stand-ups, sprint planning) to keep projects on track, ensuring alignment between development work and business priorities.
- Track project metrics, monitor resource usage, and report on progress to leadership, highlighting key milestones and areas for adjustment.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in digital project management, with a proven record of delivering complex IT/software projects successfully.
- Practical Business Analyst abilities: experience in gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing business processes, and defining user stories or functional specifications.
- Basic Solution Architect knowledge: understanding of software development principles, ability to grasp technical solution designs, and experience evaluating how solutions fit business needs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering tangible business value.
- Awareness of digital technologies (e.g., web platforms, cloud services, mobile development) and their practical applications.
Bonus Points:
- Certifications in project management (PMP, Prince2).
- Experience writing technical or functional specifications, testing plans, or system integration documents.
- Background in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field.
- Prior work in digital agencies, tech consultancies, or industries like retail, B2B, internet or e-commerce.
