Our Delivery community is leading teams to work on products and services for some of the world’s most influential companies. The role
We're looking for a Project Manager with a passion for leading teams and delivering impactful, data-driven outcomes.
In this role, you’ll work with a major global organisation and a cross-functional squad to deliver data products, web performance improvements, and actionable insights that make a real difference. You’ll thrive on turning complex problems into clear delivery plans, managing stakeholders with confidence, and driving continuous improvement.
You’ll also be part of our wider Delivery team community—sharing knowledge and collaborating with other PMs working on strategic initiatives across the same client.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead quarterly planning and ensure timely delivery against agreed goals.
- Act as a trusted partner to client stakeholders—building detailed plans, aligning to business goals, and managing timelines, scope, and budget.
- Proactively manage risks and remove blockers to maintain delivery momentum.
- Establish and uphold governance, reporting regularly on delivery progress and financial performance.
- Understand the client's business, designing and executing delivery strategies that achieve meaningful results.
Role responsibilities
- 5+ of experience in the field of agile project management and the delivery of digital solutions.
- Experience in client facing project manager roles and the ability to work with C-level stakeholders on complex multi layered projects.
- Vision to see the bigger picture and can talk strategy, branding, design and development.
- Experience in leading, coaching, and inspiring multidisciplinary teams including developers, business analysts, QA and creatives.
- Experience in Scrum and Agile processes and knowledge of other methodologies like Scaled Agile, Kanban and Lean methodologies.
- Experience with Atlassian Jira or similar task management tools, specifically with Sprint and Kanban task management and progress reporting
- Flexible mindset and a hands-on mentality with the ability to switch between strategic topics and operational interventions.
- Experience working with team members in different locations
- Experience with DXP platforms such as Adobe, Sitecore or Optimizely (specifically in the field of A/B technology and analytics platforms)
- Proficiency in Spanish and English

- Experienced in agile methodologies, and software development practices.
- Actively involved in growing the team by finding and attracting talent.
- Set your own agenda, with some direction from seniors and your product team peers.
- Are excited about new opportunities offered on projects and products.
- Are eager to identify work to do and learn; focused on finding solid solutions to problems.
