The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly-motivated and experienced Social Media Manager to join our global marketing team. You will be responsible for the development and execution of our B2B social media strategy and efforts across Europe, whilst also collaborating with your peers in the Americas from a global perspective. You will work with numerous senior internal stakeholders across the region, to provide support on social media guidelines, best practice and strategy, in turn ensuring all content is curated correctly. You will be reporting to the Head of Marketing Operations in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a regional social media strategy that builds brand awareness, credibility and differentiation in the enterprise market.
  • Collaborate with your peer in the Americas on a global strategy, ensuring consistency in tonality and content. 
  • Create and curate engaging content, tailored for B2B decision-makers across LinkedIn.
  • Oversee day-to-day social community management: activate community, trigger conversations, reply to messages, comment on peers, clients, employees, influencers posts etc​.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the marketing organisation to create a robust omni-channel perspective – in-house content studio, paid campaigns, events, email marketing and more.
  • Track analytics and deliver insights that demonstrate ROI, lead-gen contribution and brand sentiment improvements.
  • Partner with sales and account teams from across Europe to amplify case studies, success stories, and client wins.
  • Explore additional channel mix, such as industry specific platforms which could amplify Valtech's voice.
  • Explore and harness AI as a social media tool, to enhance our presence and positioning. 
  • Coach and advise executives on digital presence, tone, and engagement best practices, as well as amplify executives’ participation in events, panels, podcasts, and media engagements.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B communications, enterprise marketing, or agency experience with enterprise clients.
  • Demonstrable experience in utilising and harnessing LinkedIn as a social media platform. 
  • Proven track record in social media strategy for corporate/executive positioning.
  • Strong writing, editing, and content development skills tailored to executive and enterprise audiences.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in social listening, analytics and media monitoring tools.
  • Experience managing PR/analyst relationships.
