Valtech is looking for a Global Head of Martech. A day in the life of a Global Head of MarTech

As a Global Head of MarTech, you will be the key owner of our Martech stack and leading our Martech team where you will be supporting Valtech Globally with a Martech Ecosystem that delivers outcomes in terms of tangible results. On a day-to-day basis, you will mainly focus on the truly global team, working from different locations and sitting in the Global Marketing Operations, reporting to SVP of Global Marketing Operations.

In addition, you will:

  • Set directions for the evolution of the Martech Ecosystem to support both short-term and long-term objectives.
  • Work with the rest of the Marketing teams across the group to guide and direct but also to support.
  • Set directions and lead the team to meet both short-term and long-term objectives.
  • Lead the day-to-day work including, planning, prioritization, meetings, follow-ups, etc
  • Handling the connections with our partners and suppliers of technology including ongoing discussions, negotiations of contracts, etc.
  • Working with our Legal team to ensure we are compliant with both privacy and accessibility rules across the markets.

We would love if you have

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role running a Martech team and ecosystem in an international context.
  • Or, at least 10 years of experience from the consulting side as a senior Solution Architect or Program Manager within Martech including leading a team as part of that work.
  • Independently of the above you need to have experience from and understand Martechs role in a Global B2B company and context
  • You have experience in the following platforms and technologies, Optimizely (CMS), Salesforce (CRM), Adobe Marketo (Marketing Automation), Supermetrics, Google BigQuery, PowerBI (Data ecosystem).
  • Please note that this position is open to candidates located in Denmark, Sweden and the Netherlands.
