Valtech partnered with Bose to reimagine how customers experience the brand — online, in-store and through retail partners — to create a connected, sensorial journey that converts inspiration into purchase.

THE TRANSFORMATION

From passive display to active experience

Bose needed to transform product interactions from technical demonstrations into emotional encounters. Together, Valtech and Bose designed an omnichannel strategy where every touchpoint reinforced the brand’s precision and innovation.

  • Bose.com: The full brand and product story delivered in the most compelling way possible. Interactive demos and branded interfaces explain complex technologies in easy-to-understand narratives. 
  • In-store displays: The information and confidence customers need to convert. Physical and digital demo displays that deliver an immersive, tactile experience.
  • In-store QR codes: An extension of the physical display. Engaging and navigable snippets of information that encourage purchase decisions. 
  • Reseller ecommerce: The Bose experience on partner websites. Fully branded video experiences crafted to drive online conversions.
