Who we are
We’re Valtech RADON, an award-winning hybrid creative agency – part of the Valtech family. If you are interested in joining our team, you are welcome to apply with your resume.
At Valtech RADON, we combine creative, strategy, craft, and media to build remarkable brands across all touchpoints. We work with some of the world’s most recognisable brands – including Pantene, Netflix, Old Spice, Ericsson, Husqvarna, and Nordic brands like RFSU, Halebop, and Byggmax.
We’re the second home to 50+ people spanning 10+ nationalities (and many more backgrounds, experiences, and places we've called home). Our office is in Stockholm, Sweden, but we work with brands worldwide and welcome applicants from all over the world.
The role
We’re looking for a Video Editor with a strong sense of storytelling, rhythm, and visual craft. Someone who knows how to turn raw footage into something that actually connects.
In this role you’ll work closely with directors, art directors, motion designers, and other creatives across the agency to shape ideas into sharp, scroll-stopping work.
You’re comfortable owning the process from rough cut to final delivery, and you know how to adapt your craft across formats – from fast-turnaround social content to high-end campaign films. Sound, music, and timing are a natural part of how you think, and you understand how all elements come together to create impact.
AI tools are a natural part of the evolving editing landscape. While they’re not the main character, you’re curious enough to explore how they can push your craft further.
In this mid-level role, you’ll play an important part in pushing the quality of our output. You’ll challenge briefs, refine ideas, and help raise the bar for storytelling and craft across everything we do. This is a role for someone who wants to grow, contribute, and be part of a culture that values creativity, collaboration, and ambition.
