The role  

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be able to cooperate with the Lead in the design, development and launch of all talent acquisition strategies, programs, tools and processes to fill specific talent needs for the country. To work as a consultant, sharing best practices to lower seniorities, giving advice to hiring managers and working as a TA partner for the full operation (inside and outside the hub of specialization). Being a specialist, you will provide and co-create the strategies for our business goals. You make and create the difference.

Role responsibilities

• As a partner and specialist, to provide custom TA solutions to the hiring managers of the hub, as well as all hiring managers to whom you interact as part of being involved in any recruiting processes.
• To be the owner and monitor the main TA KPI's of the country, asking the country lead for guidance and support when building and consolidating the data.
• To be responsible for the full TA operation, acting as a partner and a consultant. To be responsible for every full-cycle recruiting process assigned (hunting and talent acquisition, sourcing, recruiting, selection, interviews, decisions, hiring and afterwards data processing).
• Innovation is on your desk. To start driving market research in order to identify new opportunities to find potential candidates. To provide new ideas and come up with proposals, aiming to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the selection processes, methods and technologies.
• To be aligned with the managing directors, in order to fulfill any key roles required by the company. To focus on a strategic headhunt process, in order to approach key talent from the market.
• To monitor and distribute the work with lower seniorities in accordance to the strategies and priorities already set up by your lead.
• To work in accordance to GDPR policies as well as with D&I global strategies. To monitor that all strategies are aligned with what is suggested.
• To start working closely with colleagues from other countries of the region in terms of running TA strategies together, as well as identifying improvement points with your manager.
• To carry out negotiations with the candidates and internal teams before starting the hiring process.
• To actively participate in all events and strategies related to employer branding. As a brand ambassador, to actively share the company's culture into job fairs, meetups and any other talent acquisition strategies related to events.
• If having people in charge or people being monitored indirectly, provide support, guidance and inspire them to achieve their goals.
• When applies, to work closely with clients and other Valtech sites, giving visibility of the recruiting processes and sharing information about the pipeline of candidates involved. To generate a close communication flow in order to show results and share perspectives. To care about client's experience improvement.
• Collaborate with People & Culture colleagues in order to fulfill any other task that has priority working as a team.

 

Must have qualifications

  • +5 years of experience working in recruiting processes.
  • Fluent English and Spanish language skills. 
  • Strong experience working with social media for recruitment purposes.
  • Strong experience working with Microsoft Excel and/or data processing tools.
  • Strong experience working in companies related to the IT and/or Agency industries
  • Strong experience working with any ATS or Recruiting softwares.
  • Strong experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Candidate experience and customer experience knowledge (customer journey map, paint points treatment, continuous improvement)
  • Detailed oriented and analytical.
  • Multitask and flexible to adapt into very dynamic environments.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen.
  • Make-it-happen spirit. Proactive and hands on.
  • Able to set priorities
  • Eager to learn and challenge each day aiming to reach Talent Acquisition's goals.
  • Aiming to achieve and implement best practices of agile methodologies inside the talent acquisition
    processes.
  • Open to learn from their team partners.
  • Continuously improvement oriented
  • Leadership, aiming to inspire and develop people

 

Nice to have qualifications  

  • Executive Recruitment (C-level), Business recruitment experience.
  • People analytics and data dashboarding knowledge or experience, preferably working with Power BI.
