Mattias Malmer named Optimizely Influencer of the Year 2025  for leading the marketing team’s transformation

Under Mattias’s leadership, the team has pushed boundaries, redefined how Valtech goes to market, and built a stronger, more connected marketing function that mirrors the kind of transformation we help our clients achieve every day. 

Optimizely CMP is the operating system for the entire Valtech marketing team. With CMP, Valtech created a foundation for scalable efficiency and strategic growth. In 2024 alone, the team delivered:

  • 300-plus new pieces of website content, consistently upholding brand standards

  • 170-plus assets rebranded and migrated as part of the Kin + Carta acquisition

  • 200-plus projects and nearly 900 tasks completed across teams and regions

  • Deep integration with tools like Marketo and AI-powered enhancements using Opal

  • A clear roadmap for scaling personalization, localization and experimentation

 

This transformation has made Valtech’s marketing team a showcase for what’s possible — not just internally, but for clients navigating similar changes.
