A day in the life of a Tech Lead/Solution Architect
As an expert, you fulfil a unique and rewarding role as both a consultant/client advisor, and a technical leader. You will shape and participate in every stage of new and ongoing client engagements, from pre-sales, discovery to delivery, collaborating within both regional project teams and our global craft circle.
You will also actively participate in the pre-sales process, contributing to pitches and client presentations. Leveraging your technical expertise, you'll effectively communicate how the platform solutions align with client needs and objectives, ensuring a seamless transition from initial discussions to project execution.
More specifically, you will:
- Engage with our clients' stakeholders from both IT and Business aligning our solutions to provide business value
- Define and implement scalable and resilient solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices
- Collaborate with and lead cross-functional teams in designing and integrating complex backend systems, including CMS, with diverse external systems and services
- Design architectures that can leverage AI technologies, such as machine learning APIs, natural language processing, and predictive analytics, to create smarter, more adaptive digital experiences
- Champion architectural decisions and provide mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of innovation, quality, and collaboration
- Proactively identify performance bottlenecks and technical challenges, developing strategies to optimize application responsiveness and efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the digital landscape
You and the role
You are likely someone with 10+ years of experience in backend development and have experience leading the work of developing the solution architecture for digital solutions in close dialog with clients. You have a good communicate skills and know how to identify additional ways your team can add value. You thrive in fast-paced, agile environment and are eager to contribute to a team that values innovation, creativity, and quality.
We would love if you have
- Proven experience as a Backend Developer at a Lead or Architect level
- Strong knowledge of.NET / .NET Core framework (C#), API driven development and Privacy by Design
- Experience with CMS including content modelling, personalization, and e-commerce integration
- Proficiency in SQL, and experience with database design and development
- Experience with cloud (Azure) and DevOps practices
- Experience in developing and implementing optimization strategies for complex digital ecosystems
- Experience in leading architectural design for enterprise projects, proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks, and preferably relevant certifications validating professional development.
- Experience of working across multiple disciplines and with international, distributed, and multicultural project teams.
- Fluent written and spoken communication skills in English and Swedish.
Bonus if you have experience with:
- Applying AI frameworks or services
- Integrating chatbots, recommendation engines, or other AI-powered features into customer journeys
- Defining data strategies that support machine learning and AI development within enterprise architectures
