The Role  

As a L3 Team Agent - Xstore, you are passionate about experience innovation and eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible. You bring 3+ years of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact. 

You will thrive in this role if you are:

  • Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus) 

Role & Responsibilities

  • Resolve complex incidents escalated from L2, ensuring minimal store downtime.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and document Known Error Records.
  • Apply bug fixes, patches, and configuration updates in collaboration with DevOps/Build teams.
  • Troubleshoot issues across Xstore core modules and integrations (ERP, CRM, payment, fiscal, loyalty).
  • Support high-priority (P1) incidents in war-room sessions and provide status updates.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance using Grafana, Kibana, New Relic, ServiceNow.
  • Validate fixes in test/pre-production before releasing to production.
  • Document solutions and troubleshooting steps for the knowledge base.
  • Participate in release hypercare and go-live support.

Must have

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: 

  • Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is typically required.
  • 3–5 years of experience in application support or development, with a strong focus on Oracle Xstore POS.
  • Hands-on expertise with the Oracle Xstore Suite, including:
    • Xstore
    • XCenter
    • XAdmin
    • EFTLink
  • Proficiency in debugging and minor fixes using:
    • Java / J2EE
    • XML
    • SQL / PL-SQL
  • Experience working with Oracle Databases (10g to 19c).
  • Comfortable working on both Linux and Windows platforms.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools such as:
    • Jenkins
    • GitHub
    • Ansible
    • JFrog
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to resolve issues efficiently and support business continuity.
