We’re proud that industry leaders and organizations are seeing how we’re translating the luxury, customer-first approach people expect from our hotels into digital experiences and commemorating our successful partnership with Valtech. We intend to build on this tremendous momentum in 2024.
- Peter Norris, Vice President of Digital at Mandarin Oriental
Valtech and Mandarin Oriental originally partnered to replatform the hotel group’s website. After both partners gained a better understanding of the goals of the project, it became clear that a more comprehensive, foundational redesign of the brand’s digital presence was necessary.
Valtech’s team reimagined booking flows, highlighted what gave each property its own distinct sense of place and brought bookable experiences such as dining and spa treatments to the fore. The work helped increase new site visits by more than 41%, boost organic traffic by 91%, and raise revenues by 62%.
