The role
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of thoughtful, scalable, and user-centered digital experiences for our clients. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, research, and execution, and is responsible for shaping solutions that balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
As a senior member of the team, you will independently drive design work across the full product lifecycle, guide more junior designers, and act as a trusted partner to clients and cross-functional teams. You will also play a key role in integrating emerging AI tools into the design process with a critical and intentional mindset.
Role responsibilities

Lead design execution across the product lifecycle
- Translate complex ideas, requirements, and constraints into clear, effective design solutions
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs across varying levels of fidelity
- Craft compelling narratives and presentations to communicate design decisions to different audiences
- Independently lead small to mid-sized UX workstreams and contribute to larger initiatives
Conduct and apply research
- Plan and execute research activities such as interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis
- Synthesize insights and translate them into actionable design decisions
- Confidently select and apply appropriate research methods based on project needs
Leverage and evaluate AI in the design process
- Use AI tools (such as Figma Make, V0, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to accelerate design and research workflows
- Critically assess AI-generated outputs and determine when and how they should be used
- Apply sound judgment to balance speed, quality, and appropriateness when incorporating AI into deliverables
Design systems and scalable solutions
- Create and evolve scalable design systems, including defining components and interaction patterns
- Ensure consistency, usability, and accessibility across experiences
- Facilitate or contribute to design system and visual design workshops
Collaborate and influence
- Partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to shape product direction
- Contribute to product strategy by identifying opportunities and balancing user, business, and technical needs
- Tailor communication and storytelling to different audiences, including clients and executive stakeholders
Lead and mentor
- Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers on UX principles, process, and craft
- Lead design critiques and reviews, fostering a culture of constructive feedback
- Help establish effective design processes and ways of working within teams
Drive delivery excellence
- Identify technical constraints and proactively adapt designs for feasibility
- Support and improve design-to-development workflows across teams
- Contribute to high-quality outcomes on projects with multiple stakeholders and larger team sizes
Must have qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:

- 6+ years of experience in product design, UX design, or related roles
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work across web, mobile, or enterprise products
- Experience both conducting research and translating insights into design decisions
- High proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate clearly with clients in a professional setting
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma and related ecosystem)
- Experience working in Agile or similar iterative development environments
AI and Design Process
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Figma Make, V0, ChatGPT, Claude) within design or research workflows
- Demonstrated ability to critically evaluate AI outputs and determine appropriate use cases
Nice to have qualifications

- Experience working in a consulting environment or with cross-functional client teams
- Experience contributing to or leading design systems
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices
