Valtech Takes Home 2025 Optimizely Customer Award for AI Adoption and Innovation

A recognition of Valtech’s leadership in applying AI to elevate marketing workflows and deliver smarter, more personalized customer experiences.

Valtech, the experience innovation company, has been named the winner of Optimizely’s 2025 Customer Awards: AI of the Tiger, a category celebrating teams using AI in innovative ways to create, personalize and optimize digital experiences. The recognition was presented at the Stockholm Customer Awards Dinner, where Optimizely celebrated the outstanding achievements of customers making a real impact with digital experiences.

What earned Valtech this year’s top AI honors

Valtech streamlined global content operations by replacing manual, fragmented workflows with intelligent, automated ones. The team built custom Opal agents and integrated Opal directly into the CMP, enabling content to be generated in Valtech’s tone of voice and routed to the right people without slow handovers. They also pushed Optimizely to create new, tailored agents and began using Opal as a content critic to understand what performs best.

Together, these advancements transformed production from a manual process into a smart, scalable system. The results: 

  • Faster blog production through AI that learns from existing content 
  • Significant reduction in manual handovers 
  • Accelerated creation, improved consistency, and greater creative capacity 

These achievements have enabled Valtech to industrialize core marketing tasks, helping teams move faster while freeing up valuable time for high-value creative work.
