Participating in competitions with Valtech

These terms and conditions are only valid for participants with residence in the Kingdom of Denmark, after this referred to as “participant” or “participants”, and Valtech A/S located in the Kingdom of Denmark, after this referred to as “Valtech”, “we”, “us” or “our”.

To be eligible to participate you must be above 18 years of age unless stated otherwise in the competition. Valtech reserves its rights to verify the age of the winner and disqualify if the age is below age of 18 years.

Unless stated otherwise, it’ll be free to participate, and each person can only participate once. Participation with falsely given information like name and address will result in disqualification from the competition.

All participant winners will be informed directly and Valtech reserves the right to publish the winners name and photo on our website, press and social media channels without any remuneration. Prizes that are not collected with 3 weeks after the winner has been announced, will remain the property of Valtech.

Upon handing over the prize Valtech can require valid identification like passport or driver’s license.

Employees of Valtech and people living within the same household, as well as partners, subcontractors and other professional relations, are not eligible to participate and we reserve our right to withdraw any prizes.

Prizes cannot be exchanged for money but can be exchanged for a one of Valtech services of equivalent value as the given prize.

By participating in the competition or any event by Valtech, these terms are accepted.

Valtech reserves it’s right to end any competition without any prior notice. Valtech’s decicions regarding competitions is final.
