The role
As a Marketing Automation Consultant Senior, you are passionate about experience innovation and eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible. You bring 3 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact.
As a Marketing Automation Consultant Senior you will work on Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, sustenance and/or operation Projects on your own or with the collaboration of other Marketing Automation team members.
The core focus of this position is to not only configure through Salesforce Marketing Cloud products and extended features but to be one of the interface points with the client, helping to define the solution to be proposed, following its construction and being co-responsible for the quality of the final delivery.
Role responsibilities

Configuration through the main Salesforce Marketing Cloud products (such as Email Studio, CloudPages, Content Builder, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Audience Builder, Mobile Connect, Mobile Push and Contact Builder) and extended features (such as Marketing Cloud Personalization, Customer Data Platform, Account Engagement, Intelligence and Advertisement Studio);

Recommendation of the Marketing Automation best practices at strategic, tactical and functional levels to achieve the business goals;

Mapping of the business needs and products/features scenario and co-creation of the blueprint for each delivery;

Backlog management and assurance that the user stories are in line with established business requirements and prioritisations;

Briefing and monitoring of the configuration/development project team;

Review and assurance that the deliverables are in line with the user stories;

Reports, analysis and recommendations for post go live optimization;

Trainings executions and presentations creations;

To collaborate with the main ceremonies of the projects such as the kick off session, internal dailies, weekly status calls with the project stakeholders, discovery sessions, blueprint validation session, internal quality assurance sessions, user acceptance test and retrospective;

Keep up with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud new releases, new products, feature updates and discontinuations;

Execute internal activities such as PDI & OKRs, paid training, reimbursements, software licenses & vacations solicitations, absences notes, project timesheets releases, timesheet adjustments and etc according to the company's internal processes.
Must have qualifications
- Reading and understanding of logic and programming languages.
We are defenders of the low code, no code movements but the following knowledge will be appreciated:
HTML, CSS, Javascript, SQL, REST and/or SOAP APIs. - Years of Experience with SFMC: at least 3 years.
- Certifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Administrator and Consultant or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist and Consultant
- Complete University Studies in IT, Marketing or Business related areas.
- Advanced knowledge in English, Spanish & Portugues.
Nice to Have
Certification in Marketing Cloud Personalization, Marketing Cloud Customer Data Platform or Marketing Cloud Intelligence

Models, simulates or prototypes the behaviour of proposed software to enable approval by stakeholders, and effective construction of the software.
Verifies software design by constructing and applying appropriate methods.
Reviews, verifies and improves own designs against specifications.
Leads reviews of others’ designs.
