The role
As a Project Manager, you are passionate about experience innovation and eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible. Managing a project or a set of projects, being responsible for delivering the projects on function (withinagreed scope), on time, on budget, towards client satisfaction. Leading and managing the project team by assigning tasks, ensuring the quality of the deliverables,developing and motivating the team members

Role responsibilities
• To run, support and develop Service Level Agreements and different kind of contracts with clients.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Reaching deadlines
as a must.
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring
technicalfeasibility
• Ensure staffing, engineering resource availability and allocations.
• To create a General Road Mapping. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
(Riskmanagement).
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders improving negotiation and understanding.
• To care about finances of the project in charge (invoicing, expenses, revenue forecasts, etc)
• To analyze all relevant data about the project, creating dashboards and data visualizations for
improvingthe decision-making process.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Must have qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:
- Tech Skills
+5 years of experience working as a Project Manager inside digital agencies, software factories or IT
companies. Experience working with project management software tools like MS Project and JIRA.
Preferably with a degree in Computer Sciences, Engineering or related careers. Knowledge of data
processing and dashboard. Metrics and KPI's analysis.
Solid technical background with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues. Experience
working with agile methodologies.
Nice to have experience in similar positions related to ecommerce services / products. - Formal Education Desired
Complete University Studies - Languages
Upper Intermediate / Advanced English
