The Role
As a DevOps / SecOps / TechOps - Lead, you are passionate about experience innovation and eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible. You bring 10+ years of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact.

Role & Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
- Lead and mentor DevOps/SecOps/TechOps engineers across global delivery teams.
- Define and enforce infrastructure, automation, and security standards for XStore environments.
- Act as a key partner to Solution Architects, Build Leads, and AMS teams to align Run & Build governance
- Own capacity planning, scalability, and performance optimization for retail store rollouts worldwide.
DevOps & Automation
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, JFrog, AWX, Ansible, RunDeck, CHEF) for XStore builds and deployments.
- Drive automation of infrastructure provisioning, deployments, and regression testing.
- Ensure seamless integration pipelines for POS, APIs, ERP, CRM, and cloud services.
SecOps & Security
- Establish and enforce security policies (PCI DSS, GDPR compliance, vulnerability patching, dependency scans).
- Manage secrets and certificates using HashiCorp Vault, CMDB, and secure configuration practices.
- Conduct security audits and penetration testing for XStore and mobile ecosystems.
- Own Disaster Recovery (DRP) and Business Continuity (BCP) strategies.
TechOps & Infrastructure
- Lead installation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle XStore, XCenter, XAdmin, XEnvironment, EFTLink.
- Manage Oracle Databases (10g–19c), ensuring HA/DR, replication, and tuning.
- Oversee infrastructure across RHEL and Windows platforms.
- Manage application servers and middleware (Jetty, Apache, WebLogic, Oracle Fusion Middleware).
- Drive monitoring and observability with Grafana, Kibana, Firebase, New Relic, Uptime Kuma.
Must have
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:
- Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is typically required.
- 10–15 years of experience in DevOps / SecOps / Infrastructure engineering, with at least 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in Oracle XStore suite and its components (XCenter, XAdmin, XEnvironment, EFTLink).
- Strong background in Oracle Databases (10g–19c), Linux/Windows infrastructure, and middleware.
- Proven experience with CI/CD and automation tools: Jenkins, GitHub, JFrog, Ansible, RunDeck, AWX, CHEF.
- Hands-on knowledge of monitoring & logging tools (Grafana, Kibana, Firebase, New Relic, ServiceNow).
- Strong understanding of security frameworks and regulatory compliance (PCI DSS, GDPR).
- Ability to manage large-scale global rollouts and ensure 24/7 operational reliability.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Exposure to cloud-native environments (AWS, OCI, AliCloud).
- Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka, GoldenGate).
- Background in luxury retail POS ecosystems.
