Valtech accelerates Nordics growth with leadership hires

The appointment of Mats Johard as Managing Director, Olof Ålenius as Head of Growth, and Claes Justesen as Director of Digital Commerce – all for the Nordic region – advances Valtech’s mission of helping companies forge and scale superior experiences.

Mats Johard

Mats is an innovative and entrepreneurial leader with over 25 years of experience in the IT/tech industry, including leadership roles in global companies such as Cognizant and Capgemini. He is known for innovative strategies to maximize growth on a global scale and has a successful track record of managing growth phases for companies.

Olof Ålenius

Joining Mats and Claes is Olof Ålenius, the new Head of Growth in the Nordics. Olof also brings over two decades of experience, leadership, and entrepreneurship, most recently as a partner and customer growth lead at EY and, before that, Deputy CEO of Doberman.

Claes Justesen

Claes also brings more than 20 years of experience within advisory and delivery of business-critical solutions, spanning public portals, lead generation websites, B2B & B2C commerce solutions and online marketplaces. Joining from Deloitte Digital, he will drive Valtech’s digital commerce acceleration service offering in the Nordics to uplevel our clients' digital commerce abilities.
