The ideal candidate's skills
/ Proven experience as a Business Analyst
/ Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
/ Good consulting skills to drive workshops with client stakeholders.
/ Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and analyze data to make informed decisions.
/ Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
/ Remote or international project team management
/ Good project management skills: ability to manage large complex projects involving multiple business/organization unit disciplines; effectively utilizes project plans and methodology, has proven track record of project implementation
/ Strong communication skills, able to work directly with end users or give presentations to stakeholder groups
Optional
/ Some experience with Adobe solutions (AEM, Workfront, DAM)
/ Experience with Agile project management methodologies
/ Knowledge of integration options with other software tools (e.g., Jira, Salesforce, Mulesoft, Adobe IO...).
The role
As an onboarded BA on Workfront , it would be expected to know how to:
/ Configure Workfront to meet business requirements, including custom fields, templates, and workflows.
/ Implement best practices in Workfront setup to streamline project management processes.
/ Plan a project (how to set up a project timeline, identify the work needs to be done, make assignment and start the project)
/ Lead workshops with stakeholders to understand their task/project management needs and requirements.
/ Analyze and document current business processes and workflows, identify areas for improvement and design future state processes.
/ Create detailed documentation of Workfront configurations, processes, and workflows.
/ Prepare user manuals and training materials for internal teams.
/ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize requirements.
/ Help the client keep control over his budget by promoting solutions close to the Workfront product.
/ Understand and work with Asset Management
/ Understand the advantage of using the Portfolios
/ Demonstrates good level of Adobe Workfront product knowledge
/ Keep projects on track through clear task lists, issue tracking, status reports, and meeting notes managed In Workfront work management solution
