As an expert we expect you to create holistic designs for mobility solutions, evaluate and prove them through rapid prototyping, establish a tech team for developing end to end solutions incl. telematics applications (Golang/RUST/C, etc..), infotainment applications (Android Automotive Stack, JS, angular/node/vue.js, etc..), and backend business services (Microservices, Container-based, Spring boots stack) for the SDV/connected vehicle use cases.
Minimum overall experience: 10-15 Years
Prior Experience as technologist: 5 Years
Prior Experience in automotive or aerospace: 5 Years
Tech Stack: Golang/RUST/C, Unix/Linux/QNX, Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Tomcat/App Server, RDBMS, No-SQL, JS Frameworks (React/Vue/Angular), Microservices, Docker/Kubernetes, Cloud Native solutions, Maven, Git, Java profiling, CI/CD pipelines
Automotive/Aerospace Stack: ECUs,TCU/ICU, Linux/RTOS, CAN, Ethernet, LIN, TCP, UDS, DoIP/SOMEIP, GPS, Autosar, Vector, vehicle sensors and ADAS
Mandatory experience:
Experience with automotive product development lifecycle (ASPICE) and classic V cycle development from concept to production from an OEM and partner perspective.
Hands-on design, development experience of vehicle tech solutions such as PoCs, MVPs and series solutions for the OEMs
Experience with IOT Devices (Health Band, Smart Glasses, Biometric sensors, etc)
Experience developing artifacts such as User stories, Entity Relation Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Use Cases, etc
Experience with Cyber Security standards (Device Security, Protocol Security, Cloud Security, Application Security) and global data privacy regulations
Experience with NVIDIA, Renesas, NXP, Intel or equivalent development/evaluation boards
Experience integrating global complex multi/distributed systems solutions
Experience in developing and designing microservices-based solutions.
Strong experience in designing cloud-native solutions with any one of the cloud platforms – AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Designing containerized systems with interoperability and over-the-air updates capability.
Run the architecture refactoring workshops with the development team.
Build reference architectures on the mobility domain and care should be given to create a portfolio of reusable solution building blocks.
Experience in creating ADAS applications and data analytics solutions
Foundational experience:
Work with Product owners and Business Analysts on Prioritization, Release Plans.
Review design approaches and Pull requests.
Ability to apply and guide teams on Agile engineering practices during design workshops – white-boarding, class diagrams/object interactions, domain relationships, ASRs (Architecturally Significant Requirements), ASDs (Architecturally Significant Decisions) mappings, etc.
Describe the architecture descriptions using UML / C4 Model notations / any other industry-endorsed standards with contemporary documentation platforms such as Wikis, MD files, etc.
Experience in applying design principles – such as GRASP, SOLID, DRY, YAGNI, etc.
Experience in designing/reviewing test suites on NFRs, scalability, and performance requirements.
Experience in conducting live debug sessions with development teams on Java profiling.
Experience in evaluating appropriate tools/technology relevant for the automotive/aerospace industry.
Desired experience:
Experienced professional in Consulting and end to end Client Engagement w.r.t tech solution's.
Past experience in delivering solutions and project engagement.
Deployed IoT solutions across industries and worked with Automotive customers, preferably in the Indian market.
Hands on experience in supporting business Development/ Sales activities in Automotive industries.
Design Mobile first development guidelines.
Architecture-level certification like TOGAF, IASA Architect CITA-F (Foundation) etc
