The ideal candidate's skills
/ 3+ years of working experience in building & support complex Network Infrastructure in on-premise & on Cloud (MS Azure/AWS) environments
/ Good knowledge and experience in managing firewalls, switches and access points (Palo Alto/ Juniper/ Cisco Firewalls, Cisco/Meraki Switches, Routers, Wireless Controllers, Aps)
/ Good knowledge in networking concepts RADIUS, VLAN, IPSec, Core/L3 Switches, 802.1x, SD-WAN, SSL, TACACS+
/ Working experience with network monitoring & reporting of complete network hardware/ virtual-appliances hosted in On-Premise and Cloud
/ General scripting knowledge
/ Working experience with Windows (2012 and higher)/Linux servers and VMs configuration and maintenance
/ Strong communication, collaboration, client attitude and team working skills within a multi-national team
/ General cyber security knowledge
/ Experience in researching, troubleshooting and improvements network issues;
/ Strong ability to self-education
/ Proactive position in problem-solving, result oriented, end to end responsibility
/ Analytical mindset and critical thinking
/ Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in Computer Systems/Science or equivalent;
/ Upper Intermediate English or higher

/ Certifications CCNA/ CCNP/ PCNSA/ JNCIA-Junos
/ Scripting knowledge Ansible and codding experience Ansible, Python, GIT, Code Integration, XML, SSH
/ Knowledge about Network and Endpoint Security

The role
/ Managing, maintaining, analyzing, automating and improving Valtech Global Network infrastructure
/ Work with internal & external customers for requirements gathering for network setups, co-ordination, troubleshoot & estimation, issue resolutions - escalation handling
/ Ttroubleshoot, and resolve problems or investigate and implement new solutions together with your other global and local IT colleagues
/ Provide quality services and prompt and accurate feedback to internal and external clients in timely and polite manner
/ Liaison with third parties to address issues that may have dependencies (vendors, service providers & third parties)
/ Maintaining system documentation and protocols to ensure that additions and modifications are thoroughly documented upon implementation
/ Prepare accurate and timely reports (working with the team in Agile approach with SCRAM/KANBAN boards and ServiceDesk ticketing system)
