Key Responsibilities:
As a Technical Architect, you play a pivotal role in our organization. Your primary responsibility involves supporting the Salesforce Practice for APMENA in building and enhancing the Salesforce core capabilities, designing solutions on a global scale, achieved through ongoing collaboration with our technical and delivery teams, as well as with our clients. Your daily tasks entail translating business needs into technical solutions and providing technical guidance on proof of concepts to set architectural standards for new products and services. Fortunately, you won't be working in isolation.
- Convert business requirements into detailed technical specifications, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices and industry norms
- Working closely with the practice and Pre-Sales team on delivery quality solutions and RFP responses.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members on Salesforce functionality, configuration, and optimal practices.
- Active contribution and participation in our internal Craft Circle initiatives of community building and learning.
- Function as a trusted consultant to clients, delivering Salesforce solutions that add substantial value to resolving intricate real-world challenges.
- Define integration strategies and offer counsel on these throughout the development lifecycle, including recommendations on integration tools and techniques.
- Assume the role of a subject matter expert on key Salesforce components such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and associated technologies. Offer expert guidance and insights to both business and technical teams
Required Skills and Experience:
- At least 8+ years of industry experience and 5+ years as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect, specializing in designing Salesforce digital platforms.
- Experience in working closely with Pre-Sales team on responding to RFPs, provide estimations / ballparks.
- Ongoing project involvement in crafting digital platforms utilizing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, coupled with a comprehensive grasp of Salesforce Core.
- Demonstrated capacity to motivate both our development teams and clients.
- Authentic enthusiasm for Salesforce technology, understanding its potential benefits for both customers and end users.
- Willingness to pitch in to existing customers and accounts, understand the challenges and provide solutions for a win-win situation.
- A collaborative mindset, prioritizing teamwork and celebrating shared successes.
