The Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years of working experience in Project Management in a software development environment
- Management of international project team, solid experience in people management, performance management and career growth support
- Vast experience working with end customers
- Excellent negotiation and problem solving skills, pro-activeness and responsibility
- Experience managing medium and large size projects
- Ability to manage a few projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of Agile and classic methodologies
- Experience of work with fixed price projects, as well as time and material
- Must be able to allocate work within and between project teams based on the given nature and complexity of the tasks
- Strong verbal & written communication skills, analytical and interpersonal communication capabilities
- Exceptional customer service and related skills
- Must be proficient with the use of MS Office tools, MS Project or other Project Management systems, Jira
- Excellent spoken and written English

- Professional Services Organization or Business Consulting experience
- Mentoring and coaching experience
- Experience working on MACH(Microservices-based, API-first,Cloud-native, and Headless) and/or AI projects

The Role
You will work in an agile way in cross-functional global teams to deliver exceptional innovative experiences for our client. If to be more specific, you will:
- Administer MACH and AI projects
- Work in environments with high level of uncertainty and evolving goals
- Help form and drive the vision
- Lead senior teams, act as a scrum master and work closely with product owners and international stakeholders
- Manage, plan and control the scope, budgets, and the timeline often in situations with limited capacity and internal competition for talents
- Effectively manage communications, build trust among all stakeholders
- Excel in timely reporting and raising risks
- Assign work tasks, manage workload and properly allocate work efforts between project team members
- Motivate project team members, ensure productivity, and facilitate team collaboration
- Learn stakeholders’ needs, investigate and propose alternative technical solutions to clients through internal and external consulting and technical research
- Expand and enhance your own expertise in the given domain, and be aware of global trends in the industry
- Conduct performance evaluations of project team members, provide employee performance feedback to department heads and input for employee career development planning
