Key Responsibilities:
The Senior UX Designer will be instrumental in shaping the user experience strategy for our diverse range of projects. Your role involves:
- Leading user experience design projects from conception to implementation, ensuring they meet client needs and brand standards.
- Conducting in-depth user research and testing to inform design decisions and create user-centric solutions.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including UI designers, developers, and project managers to create seamless and innovative digital experiences.
- Developing wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Presenting design concepts and strategies to stakeholders, providing insights into user needs and behaviours.
- Keeping abreast of the latest UX trends, tools, and technologies to continue driving innovation within the team.
- Mentoring junior UX designers and promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the design team.
Required Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a UX design role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, and InVision.
- Demonstrable experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and user needs to various stakeholders.
- Experience working in agile development teams, with a solid understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.
- A creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and a passion for enhancing user satisfaction.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
