Kin + Carta, now Valtech, named a 2024 Top Workplace by USA Today

We are delighted to share that Kin + Carta has been named a Top Workplace by USA Today.

Valtech acquired Kin + Carta in April 2024.

Top Workplaces USA bases its awards on employee feedback collected through an anonymous survey that measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution and connection.

Employees are not required to participate, but a minimum percentage of employee responses is required for award consideration.

Kin + Carta received its highest score in the Respect & Support category, which Top Workplaces defines as inclusion, support, openness and appreciation. This is a direct reflection of our commitment to fostering a culture where everyone feels represented and empowered.
